Use of UptimeLog
UptimeLog is a macOS app that monitors internet connectivity and records observed interruptions. By using UptimeLog, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
License
One Thing Lab grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use UptimeLog. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the software.
Free and Pro Features
UptimeLog includes free basic monitoring. UptimeLog Pro unlocks additional features such as full history, PDF reports, and CSV export. Pro is a $19 one-time purchase for the current major version.
Trial
UptimeLog may include a 5-day Pro trial. After the trial ends, the app continues to monitor your connection, but Pro features require a purchase.
Payments
Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers such as Polar and Stripe. UptimeLog does not directly store your card number.
Accuracy
UptimeLog records what your Mac observes. It can provide useful outage evidence, but it cannot guarantee that an ISP, router, DNS provider, VPN, or other service is responsible for any specific issue.
Availability
UptimeLog only monitors while your Mac is awake and the app is running. It cannot monitor outages while your Mac is asleep, turned off, or unable to run the app.
No Warranty
UptimeLog is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Thing Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses related to your use of UptimeLog.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
